The Quest, Keeping the Peace, is the sixth Main Quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

It seems that since the displaced residents of Skalitz got to Rattay, they’ve been pretty much left to fend for themselves, and some of them have turned to crime or stirring up other trouble as they beg for money.
The Bailiff wants you to meet up with a Watchman nicknamed Nightingale between noon and 7PM by the church to join him on patrol and get a feel for things.

First things first though, you need to pick up your own guard kit. If you weren’t able to steal some armor at Talmberg when you escaped, you’re probably wearing next to nothing, and even if you did, more armor never hurt, right?
Head to the opposite side of the town, behind the Cobbler, and look for a watchtower along the battlements. Speak to a guard on the first floor and he’ll hand you… a Common Bascinet, Light Padded Armor, and a Bludgeon. Better than nothing!
Of course, if you’re feeling sneaky, the armory is loaded with weapons and armor to steal - just be mindful of the guards coming and going.
When you are ready, and if it’s the right time, head to the church and look for “Nightingale”. He’ll make sure you’re dressed for the occasion, and if you tell him about Theresa, he’ll inquire as to why you haven’t bothered to court her yet. Good question!
Once on patrol, he’ll take you around the city and tell you about the place, but he expects you to solve all disputes.
The first such interruption comes from an armor-smith - who does not want a beggar on his property. After a bit of prying you’ll find that the woman, Jane, is being forced out of every spot she begs at.
However, the armor-smith already gave her alms just the other day. It’s up to you how you want to resolve it, or you can give her a Groschen yourself.
As Nightingale patrols up to the North end of town, he’ll shoo off a beggar loafing around the Bailey - it seems beggars should be kept near the church and not near the castle. Then he’ll about face and take you back down to the Traders Tavern.
After inspecting the North Gate, you’ll learn one of the guards is slacking off by the tavern, and Nightingale will have some choice words for him.
After scaring him off, go sit with Nightingale and have a drink at the dice table. Now you get to enjoy a game of Farkle, if you haven’t before.
As the rules go, you roll 6 dice, and try and score points - the first to 2,000 wins. You’re looking for set of three or four, otherwise it’s best to roll again.
You can also score from a single 1 or 5, and at that point it’s worth it to set the one dice aside and roll with the rest. There’s no money to be gained or lost here, so just have fun.
Time will fly with the rolling of dice, and it will be 9PM before you know it. This is the time when the guards make sure everyone is closing up shop, and Nightingale wants you to ring the bell three times at the Rathaus, then check the tavern to make sure they close for the night. You’ll also need to equip a torch - nobody should be out and about without one at night, you included.
Head down the road to ring the bell, then return to the tavern - to find none other than Lord Capon and his buddies drinking and cavorting.
As Henry tries to break things up, Lord Capon will go into a rage and try his hand at fisticuffs. You won’t need to fight long, so get in some punches before Lord Hanush shows up to spoil the fun. L
