This did not help me. I even uninstalled the old and reinstalled the 2.5 and it opens but everything is frozen. Can't click into any emails or folder or menu at the top. IncrediMail support referred me to a third party fix man to fix the issue between M/S Windows 10 and Incredimail by remote accessing my computer to fix the issue then wants to charge me $99 to fix. Very afraid to do this. Download games for my boy emulator. Is there no one at M/S that can walk me through fixing this compatibility issue?? Have tons of emails and folders in IncrediMail that I can not access!!!! Please someone help!!
